On December 24, 2010 the amendments to the Decree for the Promotion of Manufacturing, Maquiladora and Export Services Industries (the "Decree") were published in the Official Gazette. These amendments shall entered into effect ninety calendar days following its publication, except for the amendment of Article 33 and the addition to Article 34 of the Decree which will enter into force on January 1, 2011.
