ENRIQUEZ, GONZALEZ, AGUIRRE Y OCHOA, S.C.
is a Mexican law firm highly specialized in complex national and international business transactions and operations. We have two offices in Mexico, one in the City of Juarez Chihuahua and other in Mexico, D.F.

The Firm's attorneys have excellent academic backgrounds with studies and degrees obtained from Mexican, American and European institutions. Some of the attorneys are or have been professors of law at several universities, and have also participated as instructors in continuing legal education programs. The active participation of its attorneys in the local and international communities have kept the Firm abreast of its client's needs, opportunities and problems.

Our goal is to provide innovative strategies and structures in compliance with Mexican and International Law. The firm has obtained outstanding achievements. We obtained  one of the first authorizations granted by the Mexican Federal Government which allowed  a former maquila company to held the ownership of its real estate and lease it, when such activity was restricted.

We also were the first Law Firm that incorporated a Non-Bank Financial Institution in Mexico. The firm also  designed and implemented the legal structure of the Governmental Program "Binomio Ahorro Hogar" from which our client Condak-Pulte was awarded as Q1 world supplier by Ford. Under such program our client built more than 5,000 houses for employees of Ford in the State of Chihuahua. This Program had great success and was extended for other large employers in Mexico.
